Atticus glanced down instantly towards his stats.
He had seen most of these changes already, but it still felt really good looking at them.
His biggest change had come from his Will, and it was a change Atticus completely understood. He had the collective Wills of everyone with him, it was expected.
After admiring his stats for a few seconds, he moved over to the rest of his status page. He had improved significantly in everything.
His race had changed and he had become a full Eldorian, a god. Aside from this, Atticus had also gained a truckload of abilities from all the other races.
They overwhelmed his status page and made it insanely long, but at the end of the day, Atticus’ eyes focused on only one aspect. The same aspect he had spent over a year pouring his effort into.
His elements.
‘I have to name them,’ Atticus resolved.
During the past year, Atticus had managed to combine his Light, Space, and Spirit elements into an energy that could phase through practically anything.
But during this one month period before the Virelenna, he had focused on his other elements, and had fused them too.
Darkness, Lightning, and Ice. He had merged them together using the emotion: cold dominance.
The three elements had formed a new, icy energy, one unlike anything else.
Atticus had immediately tested it, and he had been beyond shocked and excited at its effects.
It was an energy that froze anything. It slowed down perception, thought, movement, and even corroded energy flow.
Atticus had tested it against Paragon ranked robots inside an advanced training room and had been thrilled to see their movements slow significantly, their attacks moving at a snail’s pace in mid air, their every action lagging as though their processing speed had dropped.
It was another powerful addition to his arsenal, one Atticus was looking forward to unleashing in battle.
‘Currently, my main powers are my Will, fusion elements, and katana.’
That had been his entire focus for the past year, and it had turned out better than expected. His strength had increased dramatically due to these additions. However…
‘I’ll save that for later, when I need to.’
Atticus had made the decision not to attempt his Fifth Art trial during this period, despite the call of the life weapon. He felt he’d be risking himself unnecessarily.
‘I need the power, but I can get it whenever I need it.’
Right now, he needed every ounce of power available, but just like with the Fourth Art, attempting it meant risking his life.
If his life wasn’t truly in danger, then there was no reason to do it. Not yet. When the time came, he’d risk it. But not before.
“Tch. Pussy.” Atticus heard Ozeroth remark.
He only chuckled. “Unlike you, I don’t have my head so far up my ass,” Atticus said. “Plus, I know for a fact you were panicking back then when I went for my fourth trial. I remember how much you freaked out.”
“W-what!? Ozeroth would never panic! I was just worried about my bond embarrassing me by failing such a simple challenge!”
Atticus smiled and shook his head. It was hopeless getting Ozeroth to admit anything.
‘It’s time.’ Atticus’ thoughts snapped into focus. He could feel it, his people were already in place.
He closed his status page and took a deep breath. Then, he vanished from the top of the hill and appeared on top of a tall podium.
The moment he arrived, the large hall, previously filled with chatter and murmurs, fell completely silent. Not a single sound remained.
Atticus’ gaze calmly wandered around the room, taking in the gathered crowd.
The large, auditorium like hall was packed. But not just with anyone, the leaders of the new Eldoralth.
Every single Eldorian and Paragon was present. And among them, Atticus spotted familiar faces. Youths.
Oberon had informed him that many Paragons had started involving the younger generation in politics, to foster relationships between the various races, they said. Because of this, several marriages had been arranged, and with them, new alliances.
