Goldie started swimming away, quickly separating from the party.

“Hey! Where the hell is he going?!” Rita asked angrily. “Silver, give chase!”

“Gryyaarrr!” Silver surprisingly obeyed her, chasing Goldie.

“Belle!” I called her name.

“MEEEHEEE!” She quickly replied, leaping from rocky area to rocky area, quickly reaching where the two were going.

And as I detected Goldie stopping his phase, then we stopped as well. Slowly, with Belle and Silver, we moved to the depths of the forest, as the sound of water flowing continued growing louder and louder.

And eventually, we reached the place Goldie was aiming for, a beautiful waterfall, coming from a tall cliff, surrounded by glowing pink, blue, and purple crystals.

Tiny Dream Spirits floated everywhere, greeting us with tiny giggles and flying away as we walked out of Belle and Silver.

“Oh wow! This place’s beautiful!” Katherine said, looking around in awe.

The water was beautifully crystalline, the surrounding area was mostly made of gray stone with decorations of these colorful crystals, and there was even a small area full of flowers.

“You could easily set up some house in here or something, like a small vacation house…” Mark said. “Hahaha, I mean that would never work we are in a dangerous realm and all…”

“Y-Yeah, hahah…” I giggled a little. “But that sounds nice, this is likely a small sanctuary…”

“Finally! Yes! Some fresh Spirit Water all for me!” Goldie jumped into the water as he bega swimming around it, splashing happily and getting wet, his favorite pastime while drinking the water. “HMMM?! GEEEHH…?!”

However, out of nowhere, he groaned and started coughing!

Elisa and Monica, who were mounting him, got worried.

“Hey! Are you alright?!” Elisa cried.

“He’s shaking so much! Let’s move out, Elisa!” Monica grabbed Elisa and flew away with her ghostly levitation. “Um, auntie, what do we do? Is Goldie okay?”

“I’ll go look into him… Maybe the Dream Realm water is poisonous too? makes sense though, if it has dream essence then it might make him fall asleep or something!” I panicked, reaching him. “Hey Goldie! Hang in there, I’ll-“

“THIS WATER IS DELICIOUS!” His big eyes shone brightly. “Oh master, this water is so sweet, full of spirit energy, and it is so VERY pure! I cannot believe it! I am in awe, left speechless!”

“You don’t really act like you’re speechless with all that yapping… But I’m glad you’re fine,” I sighed in relief. “Does it have any side effects on you though? Morpheus, can you check him out?”

“Yes, master, let me see…” Morpheus quickly floated around Goldie while scanning him. “Hmm, he does have dream essence inside of him, but this amount is not really damaging him at all, when you’re as strong as he is, it shouldn’t be a problem. In fact… I think everyone should be able to drink or bathe in this Spring Water. It seems to have many beneficial effects! And it shouldn’t really harm the body at all.”

“Wait, how so? You’ve been saying that the very atmosphere here is dangerous… So how?” Mark wondered, walking to my side.

“Well that depends, the atmosphere itself is not that dangerous, it is the realm as a whole that it is, being swept over by its disasters and all… but this island seems to have its own ecosystem, atmosphere, and it could technically be called a small world of its own. It is much safer than outside for example, and those giant bees make sure nobody can easily enter either, so it’s kept quite safe.” Morpheus went on and on about some explanations. “This water must flow from a nearby mountain, or perhaps the Divine Dream Spirit Tree itself, it is highly purified Spring Water, rich in Spirit Energy and Positive Dream Energy.”

“Positive?” Lily wondered. “Is it good for us then?”

“Yes, your body can assimilate it easily, letting you gain Dream Runes to grow stronger,” Morpheus said. “Of course… the most dangerous thing of being in here is staying for too long, as you risk becoming a Dream Realm Inhabitant eventually. This water… well, to trigger that, would need you to bathe for like a month consecutively without stopping, so please be at ease.”

“How interesting!” I said, taking some empty bottles from my inventory. “I have these just prepared for the occasion! I’ll bring some of that water with me. I bet they’re also great Alchemy Materials.”

“For sure! Please take as many as you need, also it would be ideal if Lily could help me mine these crystals over here, master,” Morpheus hit the crystal nearby.

CLANK! CLANK!

“I am confident I could break them myself but that might eventually scratch or damage my blades,” he explained. “These are Dream Spirit Crystals of very high quality, with many variants… Also perfect materials! They’re packed full of Mana, Spirit Energy, and Dream Energy! I would gladly eat some myself as well!”

“Hahaha, I get it, I get it, you want some too,” I giggled. “Lily, could you help me out?”

“Sure!” Lily nodded, swinging her pickaxe and beginning to work right away.

“Is this fine for now?”

She quickly finished taking out a pile of dozens of them in mere seconds! And they were also glowing mysteriously, with powerful magical and spiritual auras of their own.

Did their quality increased?

Oh, this must be one of Tierra’s Abilities, right?
