Chapter 3314 Going Down!
That elder immediately attacked, but not with the intention to kill. From his spatial Ring, some kind of net treasure appeared, and it immediately covered the entire area around Rifindio and Kentucky. The net was a special item of the Tamers Guild, having a bloodline-suppressing effect on the Demon Beasts caught by it.
Rifindio snorted, his blood circulated, and a blade of blood took form. With a single slash upwards, the net was cut in half, and its effects immediately died. "What?!" The elder was taken aback. That net was supposed to be strong enough to hold a Void Tempering Realm Demon Beast with easy. Yet, Rifindio, who was obviously in that Realm, cut the net as if it was made of paper. Of course, he quickly recovered, and he passed the order to the other tamers around. "Everyone in the Transition Realm and above, attack together. The objective is to immobilize those two. Help the guild, and I promise great rewards at the end, including the chance of trying to be this Divine Demon Beast's master when the selection happens."
Those words immediately sparked the flame in the various tamers' minds around. The idea of having a Divine Demon Beast as their own was worth all the risks.
*Roar!*
They quickly summoned their own Demon Beasts and ordered them to attack together. Everyone in the Transition Realm and above joined, even if the weaker among them couldn't do much.
Rifindio narrowed his eyes. With his improvement and Kentucky's help, he was confident he could even fight opponents in the Space Bending Realm. However, there were just too many cultivators and demon beasts. 'So be it...'
He threw caution to the wing, and his bloodline activated. A Domain of blood spread in the surroundings, countering the domains used by the other tamers and not losing at all. At the same time, Rifindio changed back into his Camazotz Bat form, although it had a different color and shape due to Roan's pills. Hundreds of blood spears appeared, and he counter-attacked, especially aiming at those in the Transition Realm. It was better to reduce the numbers first so they wouldn't bother him. Still, even with all of that, he knew he wouldn't last long. He couldn't kill those at higher levels because they worked together to stop his attacks while he still had to defend against the incoming ones. 'Kentucky, you better be fast there! I won't last even a minute like this!'
Kentucky ignored him, and his consciousness continued to dive into the Divine parasol Tree's body. Finally, Kentucky found what he was looking for. 'So you are also sealed, uh?'
Opening his eyes again, Kentucky looked at the formation around the Parasol Tree, and his hand moved. Several Blade Feathers materialized out of nowhere, slashing against that belt formation from all sides.
*Swish, swish, swish, swish...*
The belt, which was supposed to be resistant enough to stop someone at the Kentucky level, also got destroyed in just a few moments. There wasn't much that could be done, actually. After all, Kentucky added his Sky Energy and Dark Element. The formation simply stood no chance.
The belt fell to the ground, cut into several pieces. In the next moment, Kentucky closed his eyes again as his consciousness reached the Divine Parasol Tree's core. The various runes flashing around it quickly faded away, and the core reacted. Soon, that faint Divine Bloodline... or sapline, began to grow in power and spread. It was the second Divine Bloodline to appear in that room, taking most of the tamers aback.
"Another one?!"
"It's the tree!"
"What?! This tree had been here forever. Was it a Divine Demon Beast?"
"Not beast, idiot. It's a Divine Demon Tree. Still, no one told me it was a Divine one. What is happening here?"
Yet, even though the Parasol Tree seemed to react to the elimination of the formation, it did not wake up. Kentucky looked at it closely and paid even more attention to its core. *Boom, boom, boom!*
Explosions happened as Rifindio's Blood Spears clashed against the various attacks coming in his direction. He was having even a hard time defending Kentucky, having to divert some of the spear and attention to him. 'Not yet?!'
Kentucky looked in Rifindio's direction, sighing. 'This guy's soul... it seems like it was deeply affected after so many years in this state. I will have to bring him back to Rean so he can take a look.'
Rifindio didn't care. 'Just to it already, and let's get out of here. There are more and more experts arriving! I can't hold them back anymore.'
'Hold on a little bit more,' Kentucky asked, returning his attention to the Parasol Tree. If he could, he would have sent the tree into the Dimensional Realm already. However, it was too big in its real form. Let's not forget that Rean and Zangeshu had to work quite a lot to make it possible for the Spaceship to enter the Dimensional Realm, and the Spaceship was more or less the same size as this tree.
Kentucky changed his tactic. He didn't try to wake up the tree. Instead, he tried to convey his intention. He lived with Celis, having their synergies going for thousands of years. He truly came to know how Celis's soul felt while they had their connection, and this parasol tree wasn't much different.
A little amount of Light Element suddenly touched the Divine Parasol Tree's core. 'Little guy, it is your chance to leave this place. You don't need to wake up, nor do you need to fight your way out. All I need from you is for you to change into your humanoid form. You are already in the Transition Realm, so you definitely can do it.' Of course, Kentucky wasn't saying that to the tree. That was just what he was thinking as he passed his intention to the core. *Rumble!*
As if understanding Kentucky's will, the tree finally reacted. Its branches began to retract, the trunk reduced in size, and its roots quickly came out of the soil. As a result... the entire building, which used the Parasol Tree as its main pillar, started to collapse as well.
