The quiz progressed, and we had just finished the 20th question, leaving only five more to go. Up to this point, with a bit of luck on my side, I had managed to keep a perfect score. If things continued like this, I might even have a shot at taking the top spot.

I’d only managed to get through Shiro-san’s question because it happened to be in a category I was good at…… Whether or not I could answer these difficult ones would likely be the key.

“Now then, we’re down to the last five questions…… and here’s some information for you all…… Currently, there are 10 participants who have answered 18 or more questions correctly, so the race for the top 10 seems to be narrowing down. Well, unless all 10 of them completely miss the rest, there’s still a chance for an upset.”

“Huh? You’re not saying perfect score, but 18 or more?”

“I left it a bit vague on purpose, makes it more fun trying to guess who’s managed a perfect score or not.”

Only ten people have answered 18 or more…… That’s more narrow than I thought. Indeed, this quiz doesn’t just demand in-depth knowledge, but rather a broad and shallow kind of knowledge across many topics, which makes it quite tricky.

I get the feeling that a lot of people were probably filtered out by the Otherworld-related questions.

It’s definitely an important question, but these high-difficulty ones really are tough. What kind of question will it be this time……?

“Indeed, he doesn’t. I took the measurements myself when making this question, and for fairness, I haven’t even told Magnawell-san.”

This is absurdly hard. I mean, none of the choices seem impossible, they’re all incredibly heavy, and the question is just about guessing the correct ballpark figure…… Is this really going to come down to blind guessing?

Hmmm…… wait. Hold on. I think…… a while ago, when Alice was telling me about Magnawell-san’s total length, she said something…… Errr……

In that case…… could the correct answer be option 2: around 200 billion tons?

Now that she mention it, 200 billion tons does sound like a crazy number, but given Magnawell-san’s sheer size, that might actually be on the lighter side.

Apparently, Magnawell-san used to be able to fly with wings too, so I guess that technically makes him a Flying Dragon. Alice’s explanation definitely makes sense.

Anyway, that makes 21 correct answers for me…… Depending on what the next high-difficulty question is, there might actually be a chance I can get a perfect score.
