“No thanks,” Julian moved away from Roy.

Heck, he couldn’t hold his own against boss-level monsters. Wouldn’t he be shredded like cheese if he went up against an aura monster? He wasn’t ready and too young to face one.

“Not everyone is an abnormality like you. Forget about him; I don’t dare go against one either.” Delilah carried herself to him with an easy smile on her face, her hands folded under her breasts.

Hearing her words, Roy chuckled slightly.

Except for Arlo, he was the only one who had the strength of an aura beast packed in his 1.8m+ body!

Suddenly, Arlo raised his hand and brought it down like a sword, and the huge body of the serpent was instantly sliced into several parts.

“How did you do that?”

Seeing how he so easily cut it into pieces, Roy was shocked, and so were the others.

“Is he really just an aura grandmaster?” Julian doubted his power level.

Pointing at it, Arlo said to the group, “Take the head. It will come in handy. Better yet, if you can, stow away its entire body in your inter-spatial accessories.”

Roy’s eyebrows raised in question. “Why do you think so?”

“You’ll find out later,” Arlo smiled. His eyes were shadowed. At that moment, he looked mysterious.

『You’ve obtained a level 1 aura beast strength type core. If taken directly, it increases strength by 30 points until the strength stat hits 200. Its effect will be halved on anyone with 200 or more points in STR.』

This notification popped up in his vision when he put the monster’s head in his subspace.

‘This will be enough to push my Str above 190 points.”

He decided to eat it after reaching the village and purifying it.

Arlo summoned his carriage. It appeared just before the bridge. The horse neighed, ready to serve him. The door opened by itself, inviting him.

“Get in,” Arlo said to the group as he stepped into it.

Roy looked at him in confusion.

“Won’t the old bridge fall under its weight?”

Arlo laughed at his words.

“It was made by a legendary wizard dozens of decades ago, and an aura master has been looking after it. It won’t break that easily. It will be a surprise if it does. We can treat it as roughly as we like.”

Everyone entered it.

“Lord Arlo, who created this?” Maya blinked her eyes at Arlo in curiosity.

“It’s someone your master is familiar with.” Arlo smiled at her and slapped his hand on the armrest, causing the carriage to advance forward, step on the bridge and reach the other side at breakneck speed.

“Oh, who is it?” Roy asked.

Arlo answered, “Ninam.”

He was taken aback by his words.

“Ninam made it, but why do I find it so familiar? Maybe I saw a bridge like this while scrolling through the Internet in my previous life. That must be it.”

Roy forced himself to believe that this bridge had nothing to do with him.

When he first saw it, he felt as if he had created it, not Ninam.

He shrugged his shoulders, setting off the discomforting feeling in his heart as he focused his eyes on his status screen.

It was time to level up!

『Ding! Do you want to advance to the absolute peak of the True Mage Class? It will cost you 40k experience points.』

“Yes!”

『Ding! Congratulation. You have advanced to the tenth Mythical level of the True Mage Class. The size of your magic sea has increased. Your mana capacity has increased by 100 points. You can now store 4000 wisps of mana in your magic sea.』

『Ding! You have completed a hidden mission』

『Ding! Congratulation. Your third limiter will now be forcefully removed.』

Just then, his vision blurred, and his face heated up as if he was slapped hard. A ray of golden light flashed out of the amulet that Roy was wearing and resembled Ninam’s stone of heaven and entered his body. He felt a chill down his spine, and then tremors spread throughout his body. These tremors escaped his body and permeated the surrounding, affecting the carriage and the bridge.

The entire carriage shook as if slapped by an earthquake, and at the same time, the bridge trembled like a frail old man slapped left and right by fierce winds.

The passengers carried by the carriage felt shaken, their eyes blinking, their heads spinning.

The tremors rampaging in his body suddenly disappeared.

Replacing them was a soothing and warm current that circulated throughout his body, again and again, moving to the tip of his toes from his temple and then going back up to his temple before coming back down to his toes and repeating this process.

『Ding! Congratulation. Your third limiter has been removed. You can increase your basic stats to 300 points each. You can increase your HP bar to 10000 points』

『Your basic stats have increased by 20 points each』

Roy reopened his eyes, finding out that he was feeling completely different than a few moments ago.

He felt like a new man, but it didn’t feel strange to him at all.

‘He has changed. His manner of breathing is more similar to an aura beast that has focused on strengthening its body instead of perfecting its mastery over mana or aura. How can someone undergo such a massive transformation in a moment? There’s something strange about him.’ Arlo saw the air around Roy stifling as if bowing down to him. For some reason, he could notice that he has changed.

“Did an earthquake appear out of nowhere and strike us just now?” Julian stared at them in shock.

“It wasn’t an earthquake, am I right?” Arlo eyed Roy.

Roy smiled guiltily.

‘Gladly, no one noticed that I have shattered the third chain restricting my potential, or else I wouldn’t be able to explain to them how I did it.’

The bridge has long shattered, but Arlo has created a new and more stable platform for the carriage in its place using his colorless aura.

To the naked and ignorant eye, the horses were galloping in thin air, and the carriage was flying.

The twins were amazed when they looked out the window.

『You have entered the warm lands』

The system’s notification sounded in Roy’s mind!
