Chapter 1004: The Disappearance Incident

“Damn!”

It was that same footstep sound!

Ling Mo, Xu Shuhan, and Yuwen Xuan all came to an abrupt halt, instinctively pressing themselves against the wall. They held their breath, eyes wide, listening intently to the sounds coming from the other side of the wall.

After staring for a full two seconds, Ling Mo’s gaze shifted abruptly to Yu Shiran’s neck.

Indeed, it was empty…

“What happened?” Ling Mo’s heart raced wildly as he looked at Yu Shiran again and asked.
