140 Chapter 139: Attacking the dwarf camp

King Dormus of the great dwarf tribe sat in his tent with his generals. His eyes were pinned on the large map, describing the terrain around the blood mountain. Considering the importance of this mission the world had gathered its most powerful forces to deal with this issue.

Unlike before when they combined the camps to ensure the safety of their troops, this time they intended to surround the blood mountain to make sure no one escapes. Their cold gaze was pinned on the map for minutes and no one spoke.

The dwarfs were known for their strong earth magic and technological breakthroughs. They were the most advanced of the four kingdoms in terms of weapons of war and magic gear. The only one that can compare to them in terms of enchanting of magic gears was the stonehammer family, who are believed to have learned their craft from a reputable ancestor of the dwarf tribe.

“I have fought against that kid in the past, and back then he was only a champion realm expert, yet he held down Duke Hail of Gyro and Kal of the Orc race. If we didn’t step in, both of them would have been killed!” Brandon Bloodhammer said with a stern look but King Dormus snorted disdainfully and brushed the matte off

“It seems our great general has lost his spine and chooses to be weak. Are you trying to tell me one child can resist the power of our great kingdom? Do you mean to say even with the great king of steel and lightning in our presence, killing a twenty year old child will be an issue?” a general growled in anger.

“Blasphemy!” Another general growled.

Whether these people were too blinded by their pride to see the truth or just looking for a way to gain the favor of the king, no one knew, but they wouldn’t let go of this opportunity to defame this great general in the presence of the king.

Brandon Bloodhammer was about to speak but a dreadful aura surged into the tent, sending fear and shock into everyone! The diabolical energy was so fierce even the great king felt a hint of fear in his eyes.

Suddenly the moonlight shining into the tent turned blood red. The entire general’s presence turned silent as fear gripped them.

.....

“Hmph! I would like to see who dares attack the mighty Dwarfs!” Dormus snorted disdainfully as his body exploded into a bolt of lightning and vanished. Reappearing outside the tent.

The other generals and the great general ran out, only to see three figures standing in the sky with the mighty blood moon shining bright behind them.

By the left was a young man with crystal blue eyes and fluttering blue hair. In his hand was a mighty blue sword surging with energy as he wore a bright blue knight armor with a blue cape. His hair and his Cape fluttered in the wind as he gazed down at the massive dwarf camp with a mocking smile on his face.

By the right was a golden haired youth with fierce glowing golden eyes. He wore a bright golden Knight’s armor with a golden spear in his hand. His white Cape flapped fiercely with the wind as his body exudes a divine aura.

Finally, at the center was a deadly pale youth with fierce blood red eyes with black cracks spread across his face all the way from his eyes. He wore a black knight’s armor with a green Cape fluttering madly in the wind while a black scythe could be seen in his eyes.

All three of them wore cocking smiles as they looked down on the mighty Dwarfs as if they were gazing at ants.

“Take your time, gather your forces, enter your battle formations... then we will battle you. No rush” Damon’s voice was calm and relaxed with a hint of amusement in it.

Buzz!

IMPUDENT!

The generals growled in fury! How dare three men appeared before the great army of the dwarfs and look down on them even when outnumbered?

Bang!

A furious dwarf general growled in anger as the earth beneath his feet shattered and he shot into the air.

Rock magic: Rock golem!

Chunks of earth pulled out of the ground chasing after the dwarf general. His eyes turned fierce as the rock gathered around him, forming a mighty rock golem as it punched towards the trio with its massive fist!

“Hmph! Cyrus...” Damon’s calm voice echoed in the air as Cyrus vanished and appeared in front of Damon and Gin.

His eyes let out a golden flash as the rock fist smashed into the golden flash and was blown back, causing it to skid back across the sky.

“What?” The general screamed as he looked forward and he couldn’t see Damon, Cyrus, or Gin.

Their figure was blocked by a mighty golden guardian weapon the size of a small mountain. Gazing at it, the general was taken aback and what was more shocking was its power!

How can a warrior realm expert block an attack from a champion realm commander?

“All these guardian spirit hosts are monsters. They can fight people above their levels effortlessly! Do you see? I wasn’t making it up!” Brandon Bloodhammer screamed and King Dormus frowned and nodded calmly but said nothing!

Cyrus casually flicked his fingers and the golden guardian weapon shivered before swinging violently, shooting at the rock golem without hesitation!

“Aaah! Help!”

Descending on the enemy from above, the dwarf general felt like a massive mountain was placed on him and before he could react, he was split in two in an instant, causing everyone to freeze.

The man who they just one-shotted may have been a new champion realm general but even then he shouldn’t have been killed so easily by a warrior realm expert.

Everyone watched as the massive golden guardian weapon turned into a golden light and raced into Cyrus’ body.

Everyone was rooted to their spot as what was left of the mighty general fell to the ground staining the entire battlefield black.

Inhales!

Damon breathed in as the soul of the dead raced into his body and he felt a nourishing energy pour into his body. His eyes slowly opened up again and he gazed at the people below with a disgusted look on his face.

“Once again, I will make the same offer. Gather your forces take a battle formation...and prepare for a fierce battle. I do not want to be called a man who attacked the enemy in their sleep...” Damon said calmly but this time no one dared to refute his words.

Neither did anyone dare condemn it!

“This....” Brandon Bloodhammer muttered as a hint of hesitation appeared in his eyes. He believed it would be best if they took advantage of this opportunity and prepare themselves for this battle

Looking down at these three young men will be the end of them!

“Hmph! In my presence, you dare to act cocky?” King Dormus snorted disdainfully as his body lifted off the ground and his cold eyes remained pinned on Damon.

His body slowly levitated off the ground and slowly rose into the air like an immovable mountain.

Yes, Damon had the feeling that he was gazing at the biggest mountain he has ever encountered even when his opponent was literally a midget.

“Hahaha, you are not my opponent” Damon’s reply was calm and straightforward but it moved the heart of many. While many considered his words as rubbish, another set of people let the possibility run through their minds, overwhelming them with fear.

Their fighting spirit vanished in an instant and many people were reluctant to make a move.

“Hmph! For a child you have a big mouth, let me show you a glimpse of my strength” King Dormus said disdainfully as he grabbed the air and pulled down.

Bang!

Damon felt like the massive mountain he could feel around the man descended on him and suddenly bone cracking sounds could be heard. Damon frowned as he spat out a mouthful of blood while his body kept swaying in mid air, threatening to fall off the skies if care is not taken.

“Hahahahah! He talked big but can’t back it up!”

“After everything, he can’t trade blows with his majesty!”

“Brandon Bloodhammer, you have greatly overestimated the enemy! No one can compare to our king!”

People screamed and cried out in elation as they saw the obvious signs of struggle on Damon’s face. They couldn’t help but feel overjoyed by this and even went ahead to mock the great general that thought so highly of Damon.

“HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!”

Just when it looked like Damon would fall, he began laughing madly as his red eyes flowers brighter than ever! His crazed gaze fell on the dwarf king, making the midget shudder in fear for the first time in forever.

The king felt like the spirit of death was standing behind him, with its scythe pressing against his neck!
