Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System
Chapter 809: Gains and QuestionsChapter 809: Gains and Questions
Kent walked out of the Pill World room with many messages flooding his vision. He felt a little lightheaded from the sleep and the experience he had gone through.
When he came out, he drank some water before moving to a small herb garden he had planted the last time he was in the Alchemy Tower.
After sitting down, Kent cast his mind back to the experience he had just had, starting from when he met Suoh, the duel, and ending with his conversation with Pill Monarch Nefeli.
“That was intense,” Kent sighed. “Going to the past through my sleep. Who would even believe that ridiculousness?”
Then he reached into his Tower Storage, only to find two things he never expected to see inside.
“This means it wasn’t a dream, and I really went to the past,” Kent concluded with a thoughtful expression.
“Insane”
“If that is the case, does it mean if they are still alive, Pill Monarch Nefeli and Suoh would still remember me?” This question prompted Kent’s mind to enter a moment of reflection, one he never expected to have right after returning from the past.
“This is crazy, to think I went to the past and back through sleep. Isn’t this akin to time travel?” Kent wondered, and then he understood something that came to him naturally.
“The Pill World room is not merely a room or dream-pod; it is a channel to the Pill worlds Suoh and big sister Nefeli talk about.”
This conclusion seemed more logical considering he not only has a badge that shows he is a member of the Pyris Pill Alliance, but he also has a communication token from the past.
“The only questions now are, ‘Would I return to the exact past I left just now,’ or ‘Would the ones I interacted with remember up to the point we left off after I was pulled back,’ or ‘Would I be pulled to a different Pill world the next time I enter the Pill World room?’”
“Also, does this mean I can raise my ranking in the Pyris Pill Alliance by using the Pill World Room to visit other Pill worlds and challenge them to duels?”
There are many more questions Kent would love to ask, but he knew the answers could only be given by Gaia, who is still asleep.
He had to wait and ask them later.
“Tower, can you estimate how far back I went?” Kent asked, and the tower responded almost immediately.
⟦The master had gone 340,700 years back⟧
“Wow, that is a long time. But if that is true, then I must have long been forgotten by big sister Nefeli. Maybe not,” Kent sighed and then turned to other things.
“Thinking too much about this won’t yield any results. If the two people I interacted with are alive, I will look for them when I become stronger.”
Kent saw the messages that had appeared, and as he expected, most were messages showing improvements in his comprehension of the flame.
Naturally, he could feel that his understanding of the flame had improved dramatically, and it wasn’t just that; his knowledge about Essence extraction, impurity burning and removal, condensing, refining, and pill purification had also seen a drastic leap.
“I didn’t waste my time at all. In a way, I made so much progress that it would have taken me a while to comprehend on my own. This Pill World is a gold mine.”
Kent laughed.
He most certainly didn’t expect to make this much progress, but he did, and the outcome is now plain as day: the Pill World is the answer to some of the questions he has and the easiest way to add more knowledge to what he already knows when it comes to Alchemy.
“If the Pill World is already this good, I wonder what the Sword World will be like and what I will gain from using that.”
Kent began to see a more effective use of the tower that Gaia had been mad at him for not utilizing. Kent has the means, but he wasn’t using them like Gaia expected him to.
If he had, he would have made so much more progress than he had at the moment.
Kent shook his head and was already waiting for Gaia’s shameless remarks when he praised her for telling him about how impressive the tower is. “She will gloat, but I guess she deserves to gloat.”
His gaze turned to the last set of messages, and the smile on his face widened.
⟦Congratulations, a race you have under your protection has gained new allies. You will now receive Soul Essence from the new allies⟧
Kent quickly checked the Guardian Allies for the Elarion Half-Elves, and his eyes widened.
⟦Elarion Half-Elves⟧
⟦Allies:
↠ Stoneforge Dwarves
↠ Flame Demons
↠ Shadow Demons
↠ Dark Elves
↠ Qilinkin
↠ Tigerkin
↠ Succubi
↠ Blood Demons
↠ Bearkin
↠ Incubi
↠ Earth Dragons
↠ Lynxkin
↠ Boarkin
↠ Serpentkin
↠ Ice Demons
↠ Elves⟧
“Looks like some are still resisting. However, knowing what this means, those who have joined, it won’t be long before the rest fall in line.
But to see the Elves in this lineup, I suppose they aren’t as bad as I thought.
I will let Array Emperor Ashfur come and build the Grand Ascension Platform for them.
Soon, I will go to other high worlds, and using the coordinates, I can link them to the Ascension Platform, allowing them to have more options to choose from when ascending.
I will also make it so they can return whenever they want.”
Kent was about to close the interface when he saw new messages.
Upon checking, it turned out the Foxkins in Fedora had also strengthened their alliances with the Catkins and the Tigerkins. This added more Soul Essence to Kent’s stockpile.
“At this rate, I have to know how far along the asteroid has come.” He entered the Soul Universe, and when his gaze landed on the asteroid, his smile bloomed.
The asteroid is now about 24 meters in diameter, and as he looked at the metallic shine coating it, Kent knew he had built a deadly weapon.
“But this isn’t enough. I want an asteroid with a diameter of 10 km. This way, the moment it is unleashed, it won’t fail.
And since I now have more than enough Soul Essence, I can get it done in months at this point.” The happiness on Kent’s face said it all.
“This is good. I can now feel secure and wait for the day I will need to unleash this. But first, I have to go to the sect, which will get me access to other worlds.
That is more Soul Essence for me to use for my Moon and Space Missile projects.
It is going to be raining moons and missiles soon.”
Kent exited the Soul Universe and freshened up. He changed into his casual attire and vanished back to Elarion.
The selected disciples will be heading back to the Flame Mountains in a few hours, where the sect will come to collect them. But until then, Kent wanted to see what had changed in Elarion while he was away.
Also, he wanted to give some missions to the Half-Elves that would further elevate the amount of Soul Essence he was getting from them.
When he appeared, Uncle Drake was giving the last set of advice to the youngsters he had trained, which now included the Dwarven princess and her friend Helga, Kella from the Elves (since they are now allies with the Half-Elves), to Kent’s shock, and a few others from the other races.
He smiled and approached them.
