Primordial Villain with a Slave Harem

Chapter 919 - 919: Inside the Home of the Primordial Vampires

“Kya!” Feng yelped and nearly jumped out of her skin, grabbing Quinlan’s sleeve and ducking behind him. Only once she peeked out from behind his frame and saw that the creature was flying away without giving them any trouble did she curse under her breath, “What the hell was that?!”

Both Mearie and Luminara burst into soft laughter at the adorable sight of the girl, their earlier heaviness dissolving in the face of Feng’s dramatic reaction. While one might find Feng’s cry and immediate search for safety quite the normal thing, and it was, the same couldn’t be said for the old primordials.

To them, such overly animated reactions were a true breath of fresh air as they hadn’t had the chance to interact with an innocent, young mortal like her in a very long time. They were used to the mundane, bored reactions of the other age-old primordials who lacked emotion, who didn’t flinch at anything, already having experienced almost any and all situations beforehand.

“Don’t worry, little firecracker,” Mearie grinned. “So long as we’re here, nothing in the primordial dimension can hurt you.”

“Even the animals don’t come near when we’re around,” Luminara added with a wink. “We’re a little… intimidating to them.”

Feng blinked, then pouted once she realized she’d been used as comic relief. “Why did I have to squeak like that… Ugh…”

“Aww, don’t be mad,” Mearie cooed as they walked toward a towering door etched with deep violet sigils. “Tell you what. Since I was such an ugly woman that I laughed at your expense, I’ll give you an apology gift.”

Feng perked up instantly.

Mearie smiled at the visible reaction her words had and pushed open the massive door, revealing a lush, hauntingly beautiful sitting room with velvet drapes trailing the floors, crystal candelabras glittering in low light, and chairs that were more like thrones carved from blackwood and inlaid with rich gold decorations. “Pick a seat first, darling.”

Feng flopped into a plush crimson chair and watched in fascination as Mearie stepped over to an elaborate cabinet inlaid with silver decorations. The vampires truly loved to live like kings, surrounded by luxury… With a practiced hand, she opened it and pulled out a tall, ancient bottle filled with a dark, shimmering liquid.

“Ta-da~ Vampire royal vintage. Don’t worry, this one has no blood in it… Aged at least twenty thousand years. They only brought this out when two dynasties merged under their iron fist or when they conquered yet another race.”

Serika and Quinlan exchanged a look. Then, at the same time, they said:

“She’s fifteen.”

Mearie paused, bottle still in hand, then turned to Feng with a mischievous twinkle in her eyes. “Do you want to try it?”

Feng’s eyes lit up like fireworks. “Obviously!!”

Serika smiled at the girl’s eager expression, looked away with a chuckle, while Quinlan just gave a little shrug and threw himself into a nearby chair. “Not my daughter.”

“Exactly,” Serika agreed with a grin, plopping down beside him.

Neither of them was the overly responsible big brother, big sister type of people…

Luminara giggled as she glided over to the cabinet and pulled out several crystal wine glasses, setting them carefully on a tray that was just as elaborately decorated with luxurious metal carvings. “Then let’s all have a proper seat, shall we? Nothing serious should ever be discussed without a little bit of indulgence~”

The group settled in, their gold-trimmed thrones comfortably deep, the velvet cushions swallowing them up like warm clouds. For a fleeting moment, even in a realm of forgotten vampires and ancient regrets, there was something cozy and familial about the scene.

Like a council of strange royalty… or a family gathering across time.

But then, both mothers shifted in their seats with fluid elegance. In perfect sync, Mearie and Luminara crossed one leg over the other, their velvety dresses sliding just enough to reveal their juicy thighs.

Feng stared.

Unashamedly.

There was a faint, unmistakable flicker of envy in her expression as her eyes flicked back and forth between the two elder primordials’ legs, then to her own. She tugged her robes down instinctively, as if that might somehow help.

The two primordials’ gazes briefly met across the wine-lit chamber, and they gave each other the smallest of nods.

Then, as one, they turned toward Serika and Feng with soft, charming smiles.

“We’re truly, deeply glad to have you both here,” Luminara began gently.

“Really,” Mearie added, raising her glass. “But if you’d allow, we’d like to have a word with Quinnie before speaking with you ladies at length.”

Serika sipped her wine and gave a graceful little wave of her hand. “Go ahead.”

She licked a crimson droplet off her lip and let out a quiet breath of appreciation. ‘This wine is… gods above—wait, I’m not supposed to use gods like that, they’re the greedy bastards… anyhow, it’s incredible. Smooth, fragrant, no bitterness at all. Like drinking starlight.’

Feng felt the same, taking her first small sip. Her cheeks were already flushed from just the tiniest taste. She didn’t have anything to compare it to, but she could instantly tell it was something beyond even what the most powerful of Zhenwu had access to.

Quinlan, now leaning back in his own plush chair with a goblet resting loosely in his hand, raised a brow. His gaze drifted between his two mothers, suddenly far more alert. The warmth and teasing affection they’d showered on Serika and Feng moments ago… now gave way to something else. Their postures were still relaxed, their smiles still in place, but there was weight behind their eyes.

“…Alright,” he said cautiously. “Why do I feel like I’m about to be scolded?”

Mearie didn’t laugh like she usually did. Not even a gentle, motherly smile. Instead, she leaned forward, wine glass cradled in long fingers.

“Quinlan Elysiar… Our cherished child… Do you truly understand what it means that you possess a soul realm?”

Luminara followed, her voice equally low. “And that within it, you nurture divine seeds?”

The air stilled. Even the flickering candelabras seemed to quiet in anticipation.

Quinlan blinked once.

Then twice.
