“You want to fight us?” Galnor narrowed his eyes. “You think three early-stage Immortal Emperors, two mid-stage, and one late-stage is enough against us?”

“Nothing can be said, indeed. However,” the late-stage Immortal Emperor Vampire narrowed his eyes and grinned as he swept his glance at the Immortals and seven Immortal Kings. “We can dispatch your weaklings fast, and in case you try to save them, we can hurt you pretty good.”

“We don’t have liabilities like you have these insects among you.”

Raicanor’s aura surged as his voice boomed, startling everyone. “You maggot!”

“I assure you, I will erase you with all my might if you dare to make the foolish decision of fighting us.” The killing intent Raicanor shot at the Vampire made the group flinch.

However, his threat didn’t make them back down.

‘We have two late-stage Immortal Emperors and two mid-stage. However, that Vampire also has that artifact which will give him enough boost to keep me and Mister Raicanor occupied. But we do have a chance to win with my formation artifact,’ Lyna spoke in the party soul network.

‘However, there’s a 100% chance of us suffering casualties, so…’ Lyna was uncertain. She didn’t want to put the Immortal Kings of her party as well as Almond and Lily into danger.

And it was certain they’d be targeted first.

‘Lyna, look at their confidence. They don’t even think any of their people would die. That’s strange considering our line-up because we can definitely take out some of them if not all if we go all out and nobody uses a token,’ Devon spoke, a frown on his face. ‘That means they must have some sort of backup.’

The Vampire sneered and said, “If you are done with threats and thinking, can you tell me your decision? Fine, let me make things easier.”

“You got three options now. First, hand over twenty-five Immortal King monsters’ bodies, and we’ll also take this Immortal Emperor monster.”

“Second, you can scram using the token.”

“Third, we can fight it out and see who wins in the end.”

Hearing that, it was also clear to Lyna and the others that this group also wanted to avoid fighting.

However, Lily sensed something wrong with her vibe meter.

‘Yeah, no. They got some backup, and if we keep wasting time, we’ll eventually have to use the token.’

Almond blinked, getting an idea. ‘If that’s the case, then let’s waste time.’

Hearing that, Lily raised her eyebrows. ‘So you want just three of us to wipe them out while Lyna and the others return?’

‘Yeah. Nobody will find out about us if they are wiped out, and we can also return later with some excuse like we used an artifact.’

‘Let’s see how it goes.’

The stand-off was silent, with both groups just looking at each other. Lyna and the others were talking and five seconds passed by since the Vampire’s declaration.

‘Except for us four, you all use the token and return. If we are going to return, we’d better get that Immortal Emperor monster’s body with us,’ Lyna said as she made the decision.

‘Sounds good.’

And right as she relayed the decision, everyone suddenly sensed surging auras and baleful intents directed at them from another side.

‘Four more Immortal Emperors! One is late-stage, two are mid-stage, and one early-stage!’

The smiles on the group led by the Vampire widened and everyone acted, launching their abilities!

‘Go! Use the token, now!’

The Immortal Kings who were already ready to use it instantly vanished while Lyna, Devon, and Galnor also vanished swiftly.

A bunch of explosions occurred at their location as they left, as the enemy attacked.

Back at the ship’s deck, Lyna and the others arrived safely.

“Damn it! What bad luck encountering those motherfuckers,” Galnor cursed.

“Indeed, but well, we ended the trip in profit, so I guess we did a winning trip,” Devon wryly smiled.

“Huh? Where’s Ash, Ivy, and Raicanor?” Lyna suddenly frowned.

“What?! They didn’t use the token?” the pink-haired bunny girl Immortal King exclaimed. “Don’t tell me they got caught up in abilities before using the token?”

“Shit.”

“Oof… now there’s a very low chance they’d survive.”

“I doubt there’s any chance at all… this sucks…”

The group turned silent for a few seconds before Lyna sighed and said, “Come on. Let’s buy new tokens and get some rest. We’ll depart later.”

“Yeah, those two were real good with bursting potential…”

“Mister Raicanor was also a solid protector… he might be able to escape at least.”

But contrary to their assumptions, things were turning out differently.

As the ten Immortal Emperors of varying stages gathered, they looked at the explosion site as it dispersed with the abyss waters’ stream, their expressions weird and befuddled.

Almond and Lily were perfectly fine, having raised a bit of their limit of their Regalon Spirit Armaments to get themselves 150% of boost.

Their Body, Mental, and Soul Constitution stats directly reached 7500 while their Arcane Constitution was already higher than these Immortal Emperors.

“Raicanor, go stand at the side and don’t interfere,” Almond cracked his neck as he summoned two guns.

“We are about to have some fun challenge for ourselves,” Lily grinned as she held the two chakrams, lighting them up with violet icy shards whirling around them.

Under the confused and weird gazes of two late-stage, four mid-stage, and four early-stage Emperors, Raicanor simply distanced himself one kilometer above, arms crossed.

The second late-stage Immortal Emperor who had just arrived, a bull-headed beastfolk with big muscles, looked at Almond and Lily as if he were looking at idiots. “Did you two watch the videos of the Regalons and think you could do the same?”

Almond and Lily couldn’t help but laugh.

“Come on, big guy. Give us some fun,” Almond grinned. “Make your move.”

“And try your best to kill us.” Lily’s eyes glinted, a cheeky smile on her face.

“Fucking flies,” one of the mid-stage Immortal Emperors, a human, sweated his hand as a dark purple flaming palm shot at Almond and Lily at Hyper Speed 2.

Everyone expected them to turn into ash, but two lights flickered before everyone saw two criss-crossing flashes at Hyper Speed 3.

The eyes of the two late-stage Immortal Emperors widened as they quickly turned to the mid-stage Immortal Emperor who had attacked.

Two chakrams had cleanly made two cuts from which crystal violet flowers grew while the person was completely frozen.
