Chapter 2353: The Kids Got Along

Lefebvre Amaury lost her wife in a car accident. Making Lefebvre Rafael motherless. Because he was still young and Lefebvre Rafael needed a mother, his family wanted him to get married again. They even found someone for him.

It was someone from their circle. At first, everything looked normal. However, after a few times, Lefebvre Amaury noticed that his son became more silent. Everyone was puzzled by the change. The woman that Lefebvre Amaury was supposed to get married to said it was normal for a boy like that.

Lefebvre Amaury was not satisfied. He began to investigate the matter without anyone knowing about that. What he found out was shocking. That woman said a lot of nasty things to his son when they were alone.

Without saying anything, Lefebvre Amaury started to attack the woman's family, making them lose everything and eventually go bankrupt. When they found out the reason why they went bankrupt, they were livid. They came to Lefebvre Amaury's family demanding the answer as to why Lefebvre Amaury had done something like that to their family.

Lefebvre Amaury simply told them to ask their daughter about what she had done to his son. Lefebvre Amaury told his family about the mental abuse that his son had suffered under that woman. Lefebvre Amaury's parent became furious. Even though Lefebvre Rafael was not their favourite grandson, he was still their grandson. No one could do something like that to their grandson.

After that incident, Lefebvre Amaury's parent did not force Lefebvre Amaury to get married anymore. Even so, Lefebvre Rafael did not change at all. He became a silent boy.

Only after meeting with Yu Qi didLefebvre Rafael start talking again. Lefebvre Amaury knew that his son saw his mother's shadow on Yu Qi. Even so, he was glad that his son started talking again.

"Rafael, this is Bo Lin. Bo Lin, this is Rafael. I hope both of you can be friends." Yu Qi stated.

"Sister Qi, introduce me too." Tang Heng Nuo patted her chest.

"Rafael, this is Heng Nuo. Bo Lin's twin sister." Yu Qi said.

"Hello, Brother Rafael." Tang Heng Nuo grabbed Lefebvre Rafael's hand and shook it.

Both of the boys just nodded to each other, acknowledging each other's presence.

"Brother Rafael, let's go to our library." Tang Heng Nuo had already pulled Lefebvre Rafael to follow him.

Tang Bo Lin also walked to their library. He still wanted to read the book. When Lefebvre Rafael arrived at the library, he was stunned. He thought it would be a normal library that had books. However, it was different.

One side of the library was indeed full of books, but it had a human-sized anatomy model and also a human-sized skeleton. On the other side, there was a large doll house and also books with fairy tale titles.

"Brother Rafael, what do you think about my doll house?" Tang Heng Nuo asked.

"It's okay." Lefebvre Rafael nodded. "What do you have here?" His eyes looked at the anatomy model.

Tang Bo Lin's eyes looked proud. "Sister Qi gave this as my birthday present."

"She gives it to you?" Lefebvre Rafael was jealous.

"Yes." Tang Bo Lin nodded.

"The doll house is also given to me by her." Tang Heng Nuo stated.

Lefebvre Rafael became more jealous. He also wanted something from her. But how could he demand something from her? She was not someone to him.

"Do you want to touch it?" Tang Bo Lin asked.

Lefebvre Rafael nodded.

"Go ahead." Tang Bo Lin stated.

When Lefebvre Rafael touched one of the organs, Tang Bo Lin immediately explained what he had touched. He seemed to start a lecture about the human organs for Lefebvre Rafael. Sometimes, Lefebvre Rafael also chimed in. Eventually, Lefebvre Rafael and Tang Heng Nuo became his students.

Yu Qi and Lefebvre Amaury were talking about their business in the living room. They were accompanied by Grandpa Tang.

Su Yu Hi had already contacted Lefebvre Amaury to come and sign the contract.

"I believe that your skincare products would gain recognition from people in France because it was organic. Most of the skincare products in the French Market right now are chemical. They were hoping to get the organic ones." Lefebvre Amaury stated.

"I will send my team to France to research the skin conditions of the people there." Yu Qi said.

"Are you saying that you are going to make another skincare product line?" Lefebvre Amaury was surprised.

"Well, most of the products that we have right now are suitable for many skin types. France has different environments that can affect the effectiveness of our products. Since we wanted to enter the French market, we needed to research it." Yu Qi explained.

"So, do I need to wait for the new line of products?" Lefebvre Amaury asked.

"Well, you can start selling the existing products. Some of them might be effective to some customers." Yu Qi stated.

"I see. Are you going to be there tomorrow when I sign the contract?" Lefebvre Amaury asked.

"Nope. Brother Yu Hi will handle everything. I have a surgery appointment today." Yu Qi said.

"What? Do you have an illness?" Lefebvre Amaury showed some concerns.

"Eh? Why are you asking that?" Yu Qi was puzzled.

"Don't you say you have a surgery appointment tomorrow?" Lefebvre Amaury became confused.

"Yes. I am going to be in a heart surgery, learning about it." Yu Qi explained.
