Seeing her friends in danger, Aquarina quickly went out of her way to save them, conjuring her powerful Ocean Magic, which not only allowed her to control water, but also to summon ocean water.

"{Ocean Magic}: {Downpour}!"

SPLAAASH!

Suddenly, cold oceanic water splashed over them and the wyvern, sending them flying across the landscape as they suddenly found themselves submerged below salt water.

"GRYYACCK! GRUUARGH!"

Besides her friends, who quickly began swimming around seamlessly, half expecting her to do this after fighting by her side many times, the wyvern was the most surprised, drowning as it swallowed way too much water.

It quickly regained some consciousness and swam to the surface, vomiting salt water while gasping for air with its massive jaws, only for Silvia to suddenly jump behind its back and…

BAAAM!!!

CRACK!

With her giant Soul Weapon, she smashed the monster’s head so hard and fast she could swear she heard the sound of its skull cracking!

"GRYYAAEERGH!"

The desperate, pained monster attacked her angrily, aiming to swallow her entirely with a single, powerful bite.

CRUUUNCH!

However, it ended biting nothing but a huge chunk of ice, as it shattered its fangs in the process of trying to gnaw it apart.

"GRYAACK!"

It screamed in agony as Justicio climbed its back, and then grasped its long neck.

"I’m going to strangle ye!"

He rapidly reinforced his muscles and enhanced his skin weight, beginning to literally strangle the massive beast like a herculean warrior would do so!

"Ooh! Strangle it, Justicio!"

Silvia cheered for him as she saw the beast losing air and beginning to struggle to breathe. It began shaking around, swimming down trying to make Justicio drown.

It used its giant claws trying to tear apart his body, but his incredibly tough skin didn’t let it!

At most, there were large cracks around his body, some of his metallic skin had peeled off, revealing fiery red flesh beneath.

However, he didn’t give up!

SPLASH! SPLASH! SPLASH!

As the monster kept shaking and struggling, Justicio’s grip never let go, tighter, and tighter the more pain he felt!

"RAAAHHH!"

"GRRYAAGH…!"

The monster cried in agony as suddenly…

CRACK!

Its neck broke, and the monster’s eyes rolled, falling to the ground instantly…

BAAAM!

It was dead!

"Hahh.. Hahh…" Justicio found himself resting over the monster’s giant body, gasping for air. "Ugh… D-Did I just break its neck?! I had no idea I would do that before it died of asphyxiation…"

"At the end, most monsters at Tier 6 or above cannot be easily killed through things like drowning or asphyxiation," Aquarina was already by their side. The water she created had already been absorbed by the dry lands and dissipated. "So at the end you ended breaking its neck, eh? Damn you’re strong Justicio, kind of brutal if you ask me…"

"Brutal?" Justicio looked at his own hands, and then gripped them tightly. "I-It was kind of cool! Maybe I should kill monsters like that?"

"Yeah but not all of them got thin, long necks you can break easily!" said Silvia. "Anyways, we won! Niceeee! We got a lot of stuff to eat now! I bet the scales, and the feathers are pricy too! Ohh, or maybe I could make us some clothes with them, they’re so colorful and pretty! I bet everyone is going to go crazy with these!"

"Maybe, yeah," said Justicio. "Huh, the first thing you think about when you see monster bodies is making clothes out of them? Yeah, that’s a tailor for you I guess…"

Silvia was a rather talented tailor, she liked making clothes out of anything that could become clothes. Naturally, becoming partners with Aquarina benefited her as she could get all kinds of rare monster materials she wouldn’t be able to get on her own.

"Sylphy used to be like that too I swear," laughed Aquarina. "Every time we beat a big monster she would immediately dismantle it entirely. Cook the meat, then use the rest of the materials on making equipment for her friends or herself… most of the time for everyone else."

"Huh, maybe we could get along well!" Silvia smiled. "Though she used Alchemy, right? I have no idea how to use that! I don’t think I have much talent with that."

"Yeah, yeah, I’ve tried teaching you like a hundred times already and you’re completely talentless for Alchemy unfortunately," Aquarina was rather good at Alchemy, not exceptionally good like Sylphy, but she was the best in Everstone actually.

Most of the inhabitants had little to no talent for Alchemy, every time they tried doing anything it simply wouldn’t work…

She had even let Silvia use her cauldron and everything, and the girl would mess up everything all the time.

Although Sylphy’s mother, Faylen, always said everyone could learn and master Alchemy no matter the talent, Aquarina was ready to have a run for her money.

The tribe of Everstone were utterly talentless for Alchemy!

It’s as if Alchemy itself hated them…

"Anyways, let’s get going, we’re done here," Aquarina said, storing the bodies inside of her Inventory Ring. "Ah, it’s full… we’ll have to carry these five on our own."

"It’s fine!" said Silvia. "Let me carry two!" she said.

"I’ll carry one, I’m a bit wounded and tired," yawned Justicio. "Ah, Aquarina, can’t you heal me please?"

"Undine!" Aquarina called her spirit.

"Yes, yes, the same as always," Undine nodded, her tiny hands began releasing cold, refreshing water over Justicio’s wounds, quickly healing them all, she did the same for Silvia afterwards. "Done! Byeee!" And then she quickly went to Aquarina’s Soulscape.

"Having a Spirit is so cool! I also want one! Ugh, when am I even getting one?!" Silvia complained.

"Hah, I don’t even have a Soul Weapon," sighed Justicio. "I guess we’re truly the most talentless kids in the village, eh?"

"Come on don’t say that!" Aquarina sighed, crossing her arms as she carried two wyvern corpses with her giant arms made of shadows. "Look, I’ll try to help you find one at least… within this week, I promise you you’re getting a Spirit!"

"Eh? Really?"

"Woah, would you do that for us?"

"Yeah, I mean… Um, well, you’re my friends… so it’s like… thanks for being my pals and all- Don’t get the wrong idea though! I’m not going to do this every time!"

"Aww Aquarina you’re so niceee!"

"Hahah, thank ye a lot!"

Aquarina blushed as her friends patted her shoulders, Aquarina had a hard time admitting it, but Silvia and Justicio made her life here a bit more… tolerable.
