"You talk, I fuck you only then!"
"Please!!"
Tinsley started to plead, not having any word in her damn mind but that. It only echoed to plead to him.
"I...I have a job!!"
She finally did it and expected him to get on with it but all the movements stopped all of a sudden.
She opened her eyes up to find Kian strangely watching over her. She got up and he did too.
"What happened??"
She asked, not knowing why did he stop? He turned to look at her and questioned.
"You have a what now??"
Tinsley gave him a weird look, not getting what he was asking of her.
"You said...you have a job??"
To that Tinsley simply nodded. She realized that it had completely slipped off of her mind to inform him about that and she of course did not mean him to tell him in a situation like this.
"Yes!!! About that, I really forgot to tell you...things kept happening in between us and it totally sailed through my mind to tell you about it..."
Tinsley kept on talking but everything went past Kian's head. All he heard was she had a job and she did not even care to inform him about it.
"When and where??"
He interviewed. She could see that he was not liking it. His tone and posture told everything that he was disliking the news.
"To bake at the cafe. Agatha offered me. Her baker resigned for another job so..."
"And you took it??"
Kian interrupted her in the midway. She gave him the weird look, not understanding the sudden outburst from his side.
"Yes?? But what is the problem??"
She implored and Kian just shook his head in negative. She watched him, waiting for him to say anything.
"You are not happy with what we have??"
He intervened. She did not understand him at first. What did he want to imply by asking her that kind of question?
"Of course...I m happy. I m more than happy with what we have..."
She answered, being honest to him. He shook his head as if not believing her words.
"Why?? You do not believe me??"
She implored and he just chuckled at her.
"If you were happy with whatever little we have, you would not go around looking out for the job now would you??"
Kian mocked her with it and she finally got what he meant by his previous interrogation.
"It's not about that. It's not how you are thinking it to be. I m happy...more than happy with what we have. But all I want is to help you too in running the household. That's all...that is why I looked up for a job...not because I m not happy?"
Tinsley explained it to him but she could see that he was not buying her honest opinion at all.
"I never asked for your help?? Did I ever ask for your help?? Or showed you that I m incapable of providing for us???"
"It's not about you asking for help or doubting your ability to provide for us, Kian...you are not understanding!!!"
Tinsley let out. She was getting annoyed with the way he was reaching at the moment. Somewhere in her heart, she had thought that he would be happy for her...delighted by the news of her first job.
"So you will not do it...I m doing just fine for both of us. You will decline the offer tomorrow to Agatha."
He declared, not caring about how she felt or no. All he could think was how low it would look for his wife to be working in a bakery job??
The cafe was a visiting place for many people and if anyone came to see her working there, he would become a laughing stock in no time.
Not to mention that Anderson, son of a bitch would get another chance to take him down. And he was not going to let that happen no matter however hard had would have to work.
"And why do you think I should agree with you??"
Tinsley protested. She was very excited about this job. It was her first job and thought that her husband would be supportive about it but instead, he was asking her to leave it.
"Listen, Tinsley, after everything, we were finally having a nice evening and I do not want to ruin it. Leave the job because I can provide just fine for the both of us."
Kian elaborated, wanting Tinsley to abide by him. He did not want to fight about it with her.
"I do not want to ruin the mood either but Kian...this is my first job...I thought you would be happy for me??"
"I m tired for the night, we are over this discussion. You will leave this job, Tinsley.
In future, you will get many chances but I can't allow you to work in a cafe. "
He concluded, leaving no space for her to argue. She still did not want to give up just yet. What was so wrong with working in a cafe??
"Why working in the cafe is a problem?? No job is small or big, Kian...this is the twenty-first century!"
"It's not about small or big...if I can provide for the both of us and you say you are happy with what we have or I m offering you, you will not further complain about this matter anymore. "
Tinsley was about to open her mouth to protest but he stopped her right away.
"Or you just keep lying that you are happy with whatever we have."
That was all he said before turning to the other side and slept, switching the lights off leaving Tinsley all alone by herself, awake.
She could not comprehend what had just happened. One time, she was moaning and squirming under her husband's chest and the next she was awake all by herself, her husband turned his back on her.
She wanted to protest further and keep going on till he accepted and agreed to her working in the cafe.
She wanted to shake him awake and tell him that she was not going to say no to Agatha. The old woman was so happy and expecting of her to start working in the next morning.
She very sadly laid on her back, facing the other side of the wall and thought of what to do and what to not do.
The way Kian reacted was not gullible to her. She felt like something was up...as if he did not want her to work because of how the people would think about it??
In the midst of it all, her cell phone vibrated. She picked it up from the nightstand beside her and swiped the lock open.
It was a text from Madison. She clicked on it. It was wishing her luck for her work tomorrow.
She replied back that Kian did not want her to work anymore and waited for Madison to reply.
She watched the white ceiling, holding the phone close to her chest. After a while, it vibrated again. She raised it up to her face quickly to check the text.
Madison asked why and what was the problem?
Tinsley simply typed in everything that had happened just a while ago how he thought about the job and how she was not happy with their life hence was looking out for a job to have more.
Madison replied immediately about how much of a hypocrites was being. Tinsley agreed.
Madison suggested her to hide it from him. Join the work but not say Kian about it anymore.
Even though at first she was sceptical about it but later on agreed to Madi as all Tinsley needed to do was get the cakes baked and delivered to the cafe.
She could do that by working from home too. When she would go out to hand out with Madison, Madi offered to deliver it to Agatha's cafe.
Tinsley's face drew in for a smile as they finally figuring out how to keep working not making either her or Kian unhappy about the situation.
She thanked Madison and shut the phone up, keeping it on the nightstand, turning on her side to fall asleep.
Sometimes later, a hand snaked around her waist and she felt his body get close to hers.
He pulled her closer and rested his face in the crook of her neck. He mumbled a faint sorry to which she did not reply.
His hand slid up to squeeze her breasts and parted her thighs through his knees underneath the duvet.
Her breathing began ragged. As much as she wanted to deny him but she wanted him too so when he slammed his hard cock inside her swollen wet opening, she moaned out in satisfaction.
He kissed her neck, continuing to fuck her from the side and kept apologising to her till she gave up and forgave him.
