Chapter 810: Chapter 810 Abnormal

Luo Yuqing had wanted to take Luo Ziling to other places for fun, but she hurried off after receiving a call from her mother.

“Junior, my mom must have found out about tonight’s affair and summoned me back for a scolding,” Luo Yuqing sighed as she prepared to leave, “I have to go back and face her lecture; otherwise, I don’t know what might happen.”

“Alright then, you go back first. Do you want me to take you?”

“How would you take me? Can you drive?” Luo Yuqing chuckled and asked Luo Ziling, “My home is quite far from here. I’ll have someone come pick me up.”

Luo Ziling didn’t object and followed Luo Yuqing’s arrangement.

After Luo Yuqing left, Luo Ziling departed the cafe, ready to head back to school.

Stepping out of the cafe, Luo Ziling checked the time; it was only half-past seven in the evening.

It was still early, and after thinking for a bit, he decided to call Ouyang Feifei.

Wang Qing answered the phone, saying that Ouyang Feifei was taking a shower and asking what Luo Ziling wanted.

“If she’s available, I’ll come over later to treat her,” Luo Ziling, who disliked Wang Qing, said somewhat irritably, “If she’s available, have her call me personally and send a car to pick me up.”

Without waiting for Wang Qing’s response, Luo Ziling hung up the call.

The spot where Luo Yuqing and he parted was two kilometers away from the school; Luo Ziling chose to walk back to campus instead of taking transportation.

As he was nearing the school entrance, he received a call from Ouyang Feifei.

“I’ve asked Wang Qing to pick you up. He should arrive at the school in about twenty minutes,” Ouyang Feifei’s voice was steady, as if she hadn’t minded the commanding tone Luo Ziling had used on the phone with Wang Qing earlier.

Twenty minutes later, having returned to his dorm to get his treatment tools, Luo Ziling got into the car driven by Wang Qing.

What left him speechless was that Yang Xiaodong, learning that Wang Qing was coming for him, shamelessly squeezed into the car and pushed Luo Ziling to the back seat, taking the passenger seat for himself.

After Luo Ziling left the party, Yang Xiaodong and Wang Zhenjun strutted around for a while before also withdrawing.

Yang Xiaodong and Wang Zhenjun turned up just as Luo Ziling and Luo Yuqing entered the cafe earlier.

Without any serious business, Yang Xiaodong dismissed Wang Zhenjun, telling him to attend to his own matters while he followed Luo Ziling alone.

Luo Ziling didn’t inquire about any further details of what Yang Xiaodong and Wang Zhenjun did afterward. Since neither of the two guys offered any information voluntarily, it was unlikely there were any unusual developments.

Luo Ziling only instructed Yang Xiaodong and Wang Zhenjun to keep an eye on any repercussions from the evening’s events, especially with regard to Chen Jiahai and the other members of the Chen Family.

Yang Xiaodong seemed somewhat dismissive of Luo Ziling’s request; he directly suggested finding an opportunity to teach Chen Jiahai another harsh lesson, to prevent that guy from persistently engaging in unspeakable deeds without remorse.

Luo Ziling didn’t give any explicit orders, merely telling Yang Xiaodong and Wang Zhenjun to make decisions as the situation demanded.

Unknown to Luo Ziling, while he was enjoying coffee and chatting with Luo Yuqing at the cafe, Wang Zhenjun managed to acquire several of Chen Jiahai’s phone numbers through technical means and posted them on a gay dating website. As a result, before the party was even over, Chen Jiahai’s mobile numbers were bombarded with countless calls and text messages asking him out for a meet-up, infuriating Chen Jiahai to no end.

Wang Zhenjun did not tell Luo Ziling about this matter, nor did he tell Yang Xiaodong; to him, it was just a bit of laughable gossip after a meal, not something to take seriously.

On the drive to Ouyang Feifei’s villa, Yang Xiaodong kept chatting with Wang Qing, trying all sorts of ways to please her, which made Luo Ziling feel embarrassed for him.

However, seeing Yang Xiaodong’s tireless enthusiasm, Luo Ziling did not say anything to put him down and, upon getting out of the car, he patted Yang Xiaodong heavily on the shoulder and said, “I wish you success.”

Yang Xiaodong was immediately thrilled.

When Luo Ziling entered Ouyang Feifei’s villa, he did not see anyone.

The lights were on in the downstairs living room, but they were just small lights, making the space look dim. Seeing that there were lights on upstairs, Luo Ziling headed straight there.

Ouyang Feifei’s bedroom door was ajar. Luo Ziling knocked gently and, after hearing a soft “come in” from inside, he pushed the door open. Ouyang Feifei, dressed in pajamas, was lying on the bed reading a book. Upon seeing Luo Ziling come in, she hurriedly put down her book and got up to greet him.

“What book are you reading?” Luo Ziling asked as he put down his tool bag and picked up the book Ouyang Feifei had left on the bed, “Wow, actually reading ‘Comprehensive Mirror in Aid of Governance’? It’s rare for a woman to like this kind of book, isn’t it?”

“Are you mocking me?” Ouyang Feifei watched Luo Ziling quietly, her eyes calm, “Is this book only allowed for you men to read?”

“That’s not it,” Luo Ziling did not want to argue with Ouyang Feifei, “Knowing a bit more about history is a good thing.”

“Do you think I’m just a woman who only cares about business and has no interest in anything else?” Ouyang Feifei wasn’t ready to let Luo Ziling off that easily and asked dissatisfiedly, “Do you also think I’m inferior to Yang Qingyin in every aspect?”

“Er, why would you say that?” Luo Ziling looked at Ouyang Feifei awkwardly and quickly made a joke, “At least you’re taller than her and have a more voluptuous figure.”

With that, he made Ouyang Feifei blush, and she glared at Luo Ziling irritably, retorting, “Pervert! You actually make such comparisons. Do you do this with every woman you get close to?”

“Height and figure, aren’t these apparent at first glance?”

So, Ouyang Feifei stopped talking.

When it was time for her to lie down for treatment, Ouyang Feifei said softly, “I’m planning to go to Yan University to study for a graduate degree, in the field of history.”

“Why?” Luo Ziling was quite surprised.

Could it be that Ouyang Feifei wanted to compete with Yang Qingyin, who also studied history, to see whose academic performance was more impressive?

“Nothing much, just following my interests,” Ouyang Feifei said before instructing Luo Ziling, “Please start the treatment quickly – it’s getting late.”

Luo Ziling didn’t say anything else, and lifted Ouyang Feifei’s pajamas to begin her treatment.

After spending a lot of effort on Ouyang Feifei’s treatment, Luo Ziling sat down on the carpet, panting heavily, and said, “Your meridians are now unblocked. If I’m not wrong, your chronic ailment has been completely cured. As long as we reinforce the treatment a few more times, it definitely won’t recur. Reinforcement doesn’t need to be like this; just take some tonics and press a few key acupoints.”

Upon hearing Luo Ziling say this, Ouyang Feifei’s heart sank, and she felt a bit of loss in an instant.

“Does that mean you will no longer treat me?” she asked quietly, turning her head to look at Luo Ziling.

As she lifted her body and turned her head, her pajama top gaped open, and Luo Ziling naturally caught a glimpse of the scenery on her chest.
