Two days passed by quickly for Lin Fan.

After all, the place that he was trapped in was perfect for helping him pass the time.

After a moment of silence, one of them said, “If you’re the waiter, bring some more food and drinks for us. We just ran out.”

The other one nodded in agreement without saying anything.

Lin Fan didn’t let this bother him as he gave a cough and waved at the actual waiter beside him. When the waiter came over, he tossed him a few coins for his troubles and said, “Go and handle this matter for them.”

The waiter gave a grateful nod before running off.

Once he was done with the waiter, Lin Fan came in and sat down at the table as well.

The two of them finally took notice of Lin Fan at this moment.

After all, someone that was brave enough to sit down at the same table as the two of them certainly wasn’t a normal person.

The two of them kept looking at Lin Fan with no expressions on their faces until they suddenly revealed smiles.

Lin Fan thought that this meant that they were pleased with his actions, but he quickly realized he was wrong. That was because there was a pressure that suddenly fell onto him that made him tremble a bit.

But in the end, Lin Fan was able to keep himself stable as he faced the two of them. He didn’t even let the expression on his face change a single trace even though he was being pressured by them.

This continued for a bit before the two of them suddenly broke out in laughter.

“Not bad, not bad. Since you’re able to resist my pressure, then I’ll allow you to sit at our table.”

The two of them just seemed like they were still having their own fun without a single care about Lin Fan.

Lin Fan’s lips twitched once more before he said, “I’m the person that you were asking for.”

Once he said this, it seemed like the two of them were finally noticing Lin Fan for the first time. It seemed that until now, they didn’t think much of him, but once he admitted this, they had no choice but to acknowledge him.

Only they didn’t look at him like this for long before saying, “Alright, then let’s talk while we eat.”

“Right? Where’s that waiter? It’s been a while now and we still haven’t gotten our food and drinks.”

Lin Fan’s lips twitched once more when he heard this and there was an urge to swing his fist at them, but he held himself back.

It was a good thing that the waiter recognized Lin Fan…

Well, all of the waiters recognized Lin Fan since Yue Lan and Duanmu Ming Yue made sure of this. It was almost akin to brainwashing how they made sure that everyone that worked in the inn knew who Lin Fan was.

But that wasn’t the main point.

Since the waiter recognized Lin Fan, he made sure to get the food and drinks here as soon as possible.

Once the food and drinks came in, the two from the Heavenly Demon Sect just lost all interest in Lin Fan as they continued doing what they had been doing before.

It almost seemed like they were here to party rather than to actually talk to him.

Lin Fan had no choice but to sit there waiting for them, but he took this chance to have some of the food that was here.

Duanmu Ming Yue’s cooking had actually gotten better than before.

“Right, the reason that we’re here is to tell you that you’re now a disciple of the Heavenly Demon Sect.”
