After the practice, I went to take a shower. The bath lasted for 20 minutes before I stepped out. Then I changed into fresh clothes.

Then I decided to take a breath of fresh air outside. I exited the basement and came to the first floor. There were traces left behind by the black-clothed people.

I had been trying to communicate with her, but there was no signal here. Besides, I hadn’t mastered any magical communications.

After pushing down the thoughts, I walked out of the mansion and came to the open green front yard. I started walking under the big trees.

The mechanical voice sounded in my mind. Without thinking further, I appeared inside the Gregor Mansion. My good mood was spoiled right away.

Then I entered the control room to see.

The two old men who were Forbidden Wizards and the 10 Magic Lords appeared. Their gazes were set on the old man in front of them.

“Is the information true?” The short white-haired old man asked.

The taller old man said, “It’s true. It’s confirmed that it’s the hidden place of the Forbidden Wizard Charlotte. I’m sure she has hidden a new wizard seed here.”

“But how are you sure?” The short white-haired wizard asked.

“Fate Wizard,” the taller old man uttered.

Hearing that, the short white-haired old man cracked a grin. They didn’t expect the Wind Elemental Tower would go to such lengths.

It was not the Mage Union that contacted the Fate Wizard but the Wind Elemental Tower. Yet the Fate Wizard they contacted was someone from the outside, not the one in the Mage Union.

Because that one in the Mage Union is close to the Silver Tower.

“Since the kid is not inside the magic city, it’s easy to hunt him,” the short white-haired old man said.

“Let’s go and check the mansion,” the short white-haired old man ordered the Magic Lords.

“Those two Silver Tower Forbidden Wizards dared to disrespect the Mage Union Elder. I will find that kid and torture him,” he added with a sinister tone.

The tall old man standing beside him shook his head.

Once again, the Magic Lords barged into the mansion. The two old men stood outside and discussed the new wizard seed, Vincent Carey.

But they didn’t know that the topic of their discussion was currently watching them.

Inside the control room, my eyes flashed with killing intent because I had gotten confirmation from the Mage Union Elders as well.

A few minutes later, from their continued discussion, I learned many things about what was going on in the Magic City right now.

These two Forbidden Wizards went to the Silver Tower to capture someone, but they failed because of Lord Charlotte and Erwin.

She did right by bringing me outside. But her choice of location was the worst. It was compromised long before, as if everyone knew about the secret place.

Fortunately, I had the Gregor Mansion to be safe. Otherwise, I would have been captured by the first group as well.

Meanwhile,

The Magic Lords were using spells to look for Vincent Carey. Some of the room entrances had magical formations. It’s like a trap. An unwanted person could be killed by it.

The two old men continued to wait outside. With their power, they could tell that no one was inside the mansion. They just feared the Forbidden Wizard might have used an artifact to protect Vincent Carey.

So they wanted to be sure. It didn’t take long for the Magic Lords to confirm that no one was inside.

The faces of the two old men turned ugly.

“Let’s go; our intrusion must have alarmed her,” the tall old man said.

The short white-haired old man agreed. Then they left with the Magic Lord teams.

About 10 minutes later,

I appeared outside and landed on the ground. I touched my forehead with a headache. I didn’t know who would come next.

If the Forbidden Wizard Charlotte returns, I’ll ask her to change the location. Someone must have leaked the place already.

I don’t know if the person belongs to the Silver Tower right now. I pushed down these thoughts before going inside the mansion.

Time passed.

At dusk, Charlotte came back. Upon seeing the broken magic formations, her expression changed drastically. She thought something had happened to the kid.

But she received no such information. There were still spies lingering around the Silver Tower.

On the other hand, the system reminded me again. Someone had come, but the person was not hostile. After getting confirmation, I walked out of the mansion.

A hint of disbelief appeared on her face.

She saw Vincent Carey walking up to her casually.

“Vincent Carey, are you fine?” She asked.

Hearing that, I was stunned. Then I told her that I was good.

“Who came here?”

“What about the enemies?” She asked.

“A few black-clothed people came here and searched every nook and corner of the place. But I had a magic scroll to conceal my presence from the wizards,” I lied to her.

Because I couldn’t say that I hid from two old men who were Forbidden Wizards.

Charlotte frowned. She was weighing whether this kid’s words were true or not. Because it’s not easy to find this place. If someone had come to this place, then they must have come with full force.

Yet this kid was doing fine. She believed Vincent Carey must have used treasures to hide his presence. Other than that, she couldn’t come up with any other answers.

On the other hand, seeing she was taking too much time to think, I felt it could cause trouble. So I decided to change the topic.

“Lord, we should change this place. This location was leaked,” I said to her.

Hearing that, Charlotte collected her thoughts. Because apart from the Silver Tower higher-ups, no one knew about the location.

Now it’s known by some people. She decided to shift Vincent Carey to some other place.

Meanwhile,

I recalled the two old men talking about the Fate Wizard. The Wind Elemental Tower got help from the Fate Wizard. But I was unable to tell her these things. I sighed in my heart.
