Chapter 1008: Kinesis Fist And Weapon

No matter how aloof and how detached he intended to behave, hearing Rhonya’s words triggered him. She had used it a second time, despite Inala warning her not to. “If I am unneeded,”

The blood vessels in his eyes burst, “You shouldn’t have allowed me to be born.”

There was a golden flash as his Rutham right grabbed the rope made using Tangible Psychokinesis. Upon making contact, his nails dug into his palm, causing grating sounds to scrape off some powdered Rutham.

There was a pulse in Prana as the Rutham hands turned into Billakin, applying its power onto the powdered Rutham. Spontaneously, it was constructed into a disc, which perfectly covered the cross-section of the rope of Prana.

And then, the index finger of his Billakin right touched and shattered the disc. The impact cut off the rope of Prana, freeing him.

Before the severed rope of Prana could dissipate, Inala layered some powdered Rutham on it and impacted once with his Billakin hand. Through the Rutham, he poured in his Prana and refined the Prana within the rope, changing its signature from Rhonya’s to his.

Basically, he dissipated the Rutham powder into the rope and then forged it into a Spirit Weapon. whatever material he uses to create a Spirit Weapon—using Billakin—becomes his. It was why Inala gained control over the Prana Bombs.

Tangible Psychokinesis was an energy-based ability. Hence, Billakin couldn’t act upon it. That was why Inala used Rutham. Rutham interacted with Prana to strengthen psychokinesis.

Tangible Psychokinesis was to condense the effects of psychokinesis in the form of a string and wield it stably. Through Rutham, it could be hijacked into, which Inala did.

Without the respective Nature, the rope of Prana was bound to dissipate, whether the Prana signature within it was Rhonya’s or Inala’s. The Prana signature in it had been changed to Inala’s only for ease of digestion.

Like slurping a noodle, Inala swallowed the severed rope of Prana, feeling it quickly get assimilated into his body. As for the particles of Rutham in it, they were circulated through the blood and gathered in his arms.

Currently, Inala’s left hand was Rutham, and his right was Billakin. Inala spent a few seconds in silence, ’My Major Treasure of Weapon has the Silver Biome Bomb as a Spirit Weapon. In my ten-storey Storage Lantern, I have reserves of both tusk bone powder and Millanir.’

They were his original combo. Now, Inala replaced Storage Lantern with Rutham and Inhibition Needle with Billakin, respectively.

Currently, his third set of internal organs was active, which meant he could naturally change his arms into Silver Biome Bomb. ’There’s around a couple of hours left in this set. If I were to exhaust, it would change faster.’

He wasn’t worried about it, for the reason he changed his Imprinted Spirit Weapon was simple—to use them faster.

His left hand was Rutham, and his right was Billakin. Inala clapped, and the mineral hands switched places. Now, his left was made out of Billakin and his right was made out of Rutham.

Secondary Nature—Weapon Hands!

Normally, to create a Spirit Weapon, it would have to absorb enough mineral quantities. This process wasn’t instantaneous. Even with the help of the Secondary Nature, it took at least a few seconds, or more, depending on the mineral.

But after turning Rutham and Billakin into his Imprinted Spirit Weapons, it meant his body could naturally produce them, which meant they could be swapped between his hands almost instantaneously.

“Do you know…” His expression was incensed as Inala glared at Rhonya, “Your cause doesn’t matter, whether it’s grand, whether it’s petty, nothing matters on Sumatra.”

“Here,” he said as his feet turned into a blur, causing him to flash before Rhonya as he craned in a straight right. His Rutham right spiked in presence and turned into a golden flash, unleashing the punch on Rhonya’s stomach, “The only thing that matters is the survival of the fittest.”

“Gah!” There was a hole in the shape of Inala’s right fist in her stomach as Rhonya collapsed to the ground, falling unconscious. She couldn’t even react on time, for Inala’s attack came too fast.

There was an Inhibition Bomb layering her body. It was as tough as a Gold Biome Bomb and would protect her human form from most attacks. However, Inala simply punched through.

At the moment of contact, his Rutham right switched to Billakin. The Billakin fist disassembled the Inhibition Bomb into a mineral and then reverted to Rutham, which just punched through.

It was a Skill that took advantage of his trait of Imprinted Spirit Weapon and was unleashed through the combined might of Rutham and Billakin.

Mystic Sumatra Art’s primary function was to imprint the characteristics of Prana and blood on each other. After turning Rutham into an Imprinted Spirit Weapon, Inala could also imprint Rutham’s characteristics on his blood.

This basically allowed him to churn a portion of his psychokinesis into his body, which was basically what a Mystic Human was capable of.

Rutham gave a boost to psychokinesis. Therefore, even a portion of it allowed Inala to move a lot faster than usual.

The scariest aspect of this was the fact that any Brully would be able to exhibit this level of strength upon obtaining Mystic Sumatra Art.

With the Secondary Nature of Spirit Refiner that could easily be gained on Billakin with the help of the Skill of Secondary Refinement, a Brully didn’t have to seek Rutham.

Rutham was only available in the Brimgan Empire and was hard to gather elsewhere.

Thanks to Spirit Refiner, a Brully only needed to worry about finding the Iron Grade mineral—Kirenal.

Kirenal was pretty abundant. There was an endless source of Kirenal in the Brimgan Empire. A large quantity of it was available in the Ganrimb Kingdom too. Even if not in such concentrations, it was still available in decent deposits in other locations, more than what a Brully would require.

After Rhonya was knocked unconscious, Inala’s figure turned into a blur and rushed Wenka. The latter took to the skies and threw a Prison Bomb.

“You think the tangible state is invincible?” Inala huffed and punched forth with his Rutham right. He cranked his arm through psychokinesis. For a fraction of a second, it turned into a golden flash and moved five centimetres forward, generating a strong beam of wind.

Precisely at this time, the fist released powdered Rutham using friction between the fingers as they grated upon themselves. The beam of wind brought the powdered Rutham into the Prison Bomb.

In its intangible state, they wouldn’t interact, usually that is. The Prison Bomb was made up of Prana. The faint waves of psychokinesis stemming from the powdered Rutham was also made up of Prana.

The waves it released caused it to interact with the Prana forming the Prison Bomb. The Rutham fist was accelerated into coming into contact with the Prison Bomb. When they made contact, the Rutham changed into Billakin, which forged the powdered Rutham into a solid.

“What?” Wenka was stunned, yet again, to see his Prison Bomb being countered.

To fly, an object needed mass. The Prison Bomb was no exception. However, in its solid state, it could be acted upon by Billakin and would be changed into Inala’s Spirit Weapon. Hence, moments before contact, Wenka turned the Prison Bomb intangible.

There wouldn’t be any air resistance as the air would just pass through the Prison Bomb. Once it reaches its target, the Prison Bomb would latch onto the earth and remain affixed. It would enter a tangible state for a moment for the adhesive nature of the Prison Bomb to kick in.

Once it was stuck, it would assume an intangible state once again. This was the process involved when Wenka targeted Inala with a Prison bomb. That’s why the Prison Bomb couldn’t move when Inala walked out of it.

To move, it could use strings of Prana. It was only possible after it became tangible. The same went true for it being controlled as a Spirit Weapon too.

Inala took advantage of its traits and used the psychokinesis of his Rutham to push away the Prison Bomb. It had no weight in its intangible state, behaving as a lump of Prana.

“If I used Millanir, I can simply destroy it, whether it’s in a tangible or intangible state,” Inala said. Millanir affected Prana itself, and hence was a perfect counter to a Prison bomb. “But Millanir will destroy the Prison Bomb.”

“This combination of Rutham and Billakin merely interacts with the Prison Bomb.” He said as the Rutham plate in the Prison Bomb interacted with the latter using waves of psychokinesis it released, “As long as you use its intangible state to target me, I can simply prevent it from reaching me.”

Inala punched the Rutham plate once, sending the Prison Bomb flying far away. The only substance interacting with the air here was the Rutham plate. Hence, with enough force, it was sent far away.

The Prison Bomb released a string of Prana to anchor itself down upon Inala. However, the latter simply severed the string using the same method he used against Rhonya.

Clap!

His hands switched minerals as Inala arrived before Wenka, dodging a Homing Satellite that was in the way and punched the other party on the jaw.

“Good defence,” Inala commented upon seeing Wenka use a Prison Bomb to create a layer of dust to protect himself. Between the dust layer and the Prison Bomb’s edges were strings of Prana, intending to use psychokinesis to push away any external objects, which in this case was Inala’s fist.

The strings of Prana were able to make contact between the dust layer and the Prison Bomb in its intangible state. In terms of defence, this was perfect, and didn’t give Inala any avenue to take control of the Prison Bomb, “Indeed, it’s a good defence.”

“But you’re not fit enough.”
