Being a doctor herself, Tsunade-hime wasn’t surprised that Kuroto asked her to change clothes before the implantation operation, but she still questioned, “I need to change clothes?”

Kuroto nodded, “If you do not want your clothes to possibly get torn apart during the operation.”

Based on these observations, it’s quite obvious that Yin Chakra is needed to balance Hashirama Cells’ Yang Chakra, but a doubt has always plagued Kuroto, how would the implantation operation go when there is no Yin Chakra to balance the Yang Chakra? He felt the need to collect the data and observation of implanting the Hashirama Cells into such a subject, after all, Karin too will undergo a similar situation, and her body lacks the Yin Chakra required to balance the Yang Chakra.

He knew very well that Tsunade-hime was not worried that all the Chakra she had painstakingly gathered and stored into her Yin-seal would disappear and it would take her some time to once again gather it, what she cared about was her appearance.

Kuroto’s words hit the mark as an extremely terrifying Chakra burst out of Tsunade-hime, “What did you say, brat?!”

“Calm down, Tsunade-sama somebody will notice, and then we can no longer carry out the implantation operation,” said Kuroto hurriedly trying to calm her down.

“Tch!” Tsunade-hime clicked her tongue, but she did calm down.

Kuroto sighed in relief, and said, “Honestly, it would be safer if you were to completely disperse all that Chakra… Besides, you’d soon be rolling over and be in an extremely embarrassing state, so why care about the appearance that you maintain using Jutsu?”

Because of her preferred style of combat, she wantonly gets injured and heals herself, so her cells have long since crossed the limit threshold, hence her current state.
